Anyone who has stood on a quayside at night knows how cargo actually fails. Rarely because one supplier was careless. Usually because the crate was built to one assumption, the lashing plan to another, and the crew arrived with neither drawing in hand.
QATE was founded to close those gaps by refusing to leave them to anyone else. Everything a cargo needs — the calculation, the crate, the steel, the crew, the fastening, the certificate — is done by one company, answerable to one client, under one contract.
Over a decade we've grown from a packing and lashing operation in Sharjah into a full industrial and marine cargo safety business, deploying more than 20,000 man-hours a month across UAE ports, yards, plants and vessels. We've completed over 25,000 jobs. The principle hasn't changed: if it's part of getting your cargo there safely, it's ours to get right.

From the initial site survey to final certification, every stage is executed in-house with end-to-end accountability.
We survey it
For anything non-standard, we attend the site before quoting. Photographs and dimensions on a page are not the same as standing next to the cargo.
We engineer it
Lashing forces, lift plans, crate design, sea fastening arrangement. You get a method before you get a price.
We build it
Timber, plywood and steel, fabricated in our own Sharjah yard to the drawing we produced.
We fit it
Our own crews pack, lash, rig and fasten at your site, the port or on the vessel.
We certify it
Certificates, method statements and a client-signed completion document at handover.
We stay reachable

QATE takes a scope of work and returns secured cargo with a signed certificate. We don't hire out crews and we don't work to a timesheet - the people on your deck are QATE employees, trained and supervised by us, working to our method statement.
We build to the drawing, not to the eye
Crates, cradles and grillage are fabricated to a specification, and the specification is on file.
The paperwork travels with the cargo
Certificates, method statements and completion documents are issued as standard, not on request.
