ENGINEERING
Before anything is built or secured, it's calculated.
Before anything is built or secured, it's calculated.
Most cargo damage is decided long before the cargo moves - in the assumption nobody checked. QATE's engineering team sizes the restraint, designs the packaging, plans the lift and details the fabrication before a single crate is cut or a chain thrown. You receive a method you can put in front of your client, your insurer or the port authority.

Why QATE for this
-
Engineering that ends in execution. Our drawings are built by our own yard and installed by our own crews so that the design accounts for what can actually be fabricated and fitted.
-
Documentation your client can approve. Method statements, risk assessments and drawings prepared in the format approvals actually require.
-
We attend before we advise. For non-standard cargo we survey on site. A photograph doesn't show you access, headroom or deck condition.
